Sitoudun my\u00f6s k\u00e4sittelem\u00e4\u00e4n edell\u00e4 mainittuja tietoja huolellisesti, etteiv\u00e4t ne p\u00e4\u00e4dy sivullisten haltuun tai tietoon. \n<br><br>\n\nTulkkauksessa tietooni tulleita asioita en ilmaise Maahanmuuttoviraston tai tulkkauksen toimeksiantajan muulle henkil\u00f6st\u00f6lle, perheenj\u00e4senille, yst\u00e4ville tai muille sivullisille. Tulkkaustilanteesta tai tulkkauksesta tietooni saamani asioista voin keskustella vain tulkkauksessa mukana olevan Maahanmuuttoviraston virkamiehen tai erikseen nimetyn virkamiehen kanssa. \n<br><br>\n\nMahdollisesti tulkkauksen aikana tekem\u00e4ni muistiinpanot luovutan tulkkauksen j\u00e4lkeen Maahanmuuttoviraston virkamiehelle tai toimipisteen vartijalle tuhottavaksi. \n<br><br>\n\nTulkkaustilaisuudessa esiin tulevien tietojen lis\u00e4ksi salassapidon piiriin kuuluvia tietoja ovat esimerkiksi Maahanmuuttoviraston tietoj\u00e4rjestelmiin sek\u00e4 turvallisuusj\u00e4rjestelyihin ja tiloihin liittyv\u00e4t tiedot sek\u00e4 yksityisten ihmisten intimiteettisuojan piiriin kuuluvat tiedot ja Maahanmuuttoviraston ja sen asiakkaiden tai yhteisty\u00f6kumppanien liike- ja ammattisalaisuudet. Palautan mahdollisesti saamaani kulkuluvan Maahanmuuttovirastolle poistuessani ty\u00f6vuorosta viraston tiloista. \n<br><br>\n\nRangaistus s\u00e4\u00e4detyn vaitiolovelvollisuuden ja hyv\u00e4ksik\u00e4ytt\u00f6kiellon rikkomisesta tuomitaan rikoslain 40 luvun 5\u00a7:n mukaan, jollei teko ole rangaistava rikoslain 38 luvun 1 tai 2\u00a7:n mukaan tai jollei siit\u00e4 muussa laissa s\u00e4\u00e4det\u00e4 ankarampaa rangaistusta. \n<br><br>\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 salassapitovelvollisuus on voimassa my\u00f6s toimeksiannon p\u00e4\u00e4ttymisen j\u00e4lkeen tai erotessani yrityksen tai yhteis\u00f6n palveluksesta. situations where the Immigration Service interprets. Information relating to interpretation requests is confidential.<br><br>\n\nWhen acting as an interpreter on behalf of the Finnish Immigration Service or otherwise cooperating with the Service, I undertake to keep confidential any confidential, sensitive and non-public information that comes to my knowledge in connection with the activities of the Service, its clients or stakeholders. I also undertake to handle the above information with care so that it does not come into the possession or knowledge of third parties. \n<br><br>\n\nI will not disclose any information that I learn during the interpreting to other staff, family members, friends or other third parties of the Immigration Service or of the person commissioning the interpreting. I may only discuss matters that come to my attention in connection with the interpreting situation or the interpreting with an official of the Immigration Service involved in the interpreting or with a specifically designated official. \n<br><br>\n\nAny notes I may have taken during the interpretation will be handed over to an Immigration Service official or a security guard at the office for destruction after the interpretation. \n<br><br>\n\nIn addition to the information disclosed during the interpreting session, information that is covered by confidentiality includes information relating to the Immigration Service's information systems, security arrangements and premises, information that is covered by the protection of the privacy of individuals, and business and professional secrets of the Immigration Service and its clients or partners. Operational information of the Immigration Service or its partners is also normally confidential. \n<br><br>\n\nConfidential information can be, for example, audible, stored on paper, electronic, in the form of an image or a drawing. \n<br><br>\n\nThe audio recording, copying or photographing of the above information is prohibited. \n<br><br>\n\nI will ensure that the security arrangements of the Immigration Service are not compromised or brought to the attention of outsiders as a result of my actions. Movement and presence on the premises of the Immigration Service is only permitted to the extent necessary for the performance of my duties. I will keep the Immigration Service's visitor or interpreter card visible. I will return any access card I may have received to the Immigration Service when I leave the premises after my shift. \n<br><br>\n\nThe penalty for breaching the obligation of professional secrecy and the prohibition of exploitation is punishable under Chapter 40, Section 5 of the Criminal Code, unless the act is punishable under Chapter 38, Sections 1 or 2 of the Criminal Code or unless a more severe penalty is provided for in another law. \n<br><br>\nThis obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of my mandate or my resignation from the company or entity. I agree that a security clearance may be obtained for me.
