Suomen Tulkkauspalvelu is a growing and developing company providing interpretation, translation and language training services in Hyrylä, Tuusula. Our interpreters continue to serve our clients in over 80 languages throughout Finland. Our clients include both public and private sector operators, and our assignments range from business interpreting to demanding legal and conference interpreting. We are part of Workteam Groupia.

We are looking for an experienced and prepared professional to join us Sales Manager to the task. Your mandate is to open and expand new business areas and to contribute to the development of their delivery process. In particular, you would be responsible for event interpreting, translation services, software localisation and language training services, with a focus on the B2B segment.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Get experience of opening sales in new business segments; you can tell us what needs to be done - and also organise to get it done.
• Sales and customer-oriented character.
• Ready-made networks and the ability to network.
• An organisational and systematic character.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience of working in interpretation and translation services.
• The ability to produce fluent factual and presentation materials yourself.
• Business experience.

You will work directly alongside the Managing Director. The workplace is located in Tuusula, and some working days can be arranged as telecommuting.

We offer a position in a growing, productive and stable company in a developing and interesting industry. Compensation will be a combination of base salary and incentive bonus so that the growth of the segments you open and develop will directly benefit you in the long term. The salary consists of a base salary and a highly motivating performance bonus.
